District 7 Orchestra Boosters

Uniforms- (Fall & Spring) Assign, size, and hem dresses and jackets. At the end of the year collect and bring to cleaners. 

VIP Sponsorship Sale- (Fall to Winter) Advertise sale and coordinate with our website store. Keep track of sponsors for names in program. At TTC help reserve seats and usher in VIPs.

Tiger Town T-shirt Sales & Contest-(Spring) Make flyer to advertise design contest to students. Collect designs. Coordinate with screen printer on design and online sale, distribute t-shirts.

Social Media- (Year-Round) Write and post updates to Facebook and/or our Wix Website.

Dine to Donate Fundraisers- (Year-Round) Reach out to restaurants, plan and advertise event. 3 per year.

T-Shirt & Sweatshirt Sales- (Fall) Contact screen printer to customize design and have them run the sale on their website. Deliver shirts to schools.

EHS/8th grade Fine Arts Day- (Fall) Order pizza and coordinate delivery. Put together goodie bags for all the 8th graders. Help distribute pizza day of event.

Tiger Town Pre-Event- (Winter-Spring) Pre-event planning, reaching out to businesses for donations and auction items, making raffle baskets. Ordering cookies for pass the cookie. 

Tiger-Paw Sticker Sales-(Year-Round) Pre-concert sticker sales.

Halloween Parade- (Fall) Chaperone and walk with students in parade, coordinate SCU Hummer, find  fun costume items for kids.

99 Pledges Fundraiser-(Spring) Online event. 

Tiger Town Consortium-(Spring) Event Day volunteers

Nominating Committee- (Year-Round) Recruit people to volunteer for board positions and committees.
